Vertical Ski Terrain:
1,500' vertical drop, highest in the mid-Atlantic and Southeast.

Elevations:
Snowshoe Area - 4,848' at summit, 3,250' at base & Silver Creek Area - 4,818' at summit, 4,155' at base.

Total Trails: 60
41% Easier, 36% More Difficult and 23% Most Difficult

Total Lifts: 14 including 3 high speed detachable quads, 2 handle tows and 2 Magic Carpet lifts

Uphill Capacity:
23,400 snow riders per hour.

Snowmaking:
100% of Snowshoe and Silver Creek slopes. At full capacity, weather permitting, an area equal to four football fields can be covered with one foot of snow in one hour.

Snowfall:
10 year average - 180"

Slope Hours:
Slopes open at 9:00am and most lifts close at 4:30, except the Western Express which closes at 4:15pm. Night skiing is available at Silver Creek until 9:00pm
