All other guests will need to pay for parking privileges at Silver Creek.
Q. Why is Snowshoe charging for parking at Silver Creek after I paid for a lift ticket? I feel like I am getting nickel and dimed.
A. The parking lots are NOT controlled by Snowshoe Mountain. The parking area is owned and operated by the Silver Creek Association and the Association wants to ensure that its lodging guests’ and homeowners’ parking experience is positive. In the past, we have had accidents, traffic flow problems for the shuttles and double parking. Therefore, to alleviate these issues, we needed to better control the parking area. Parking fees offset our increased cost and provide a safer environment for all Silver Creek guests.
Q. I just want to drop off my children at Ski School or pick up my Ski Rentals. Do I have to pay?
A. No, there is a convenient 15-minute parking area for skier drop-off and check-in. The time limits for these parking spaces are strictly enforced.
Q. I have other questions, complaints or suggestions, who do I speak to?
A. You can voice your concerns to or you can call 304-572-6952 and speak with Mike Hajzer. Your email will be promptly answered. There is a parking lot Facebook page for up to date info.
